Cameroon… round 2!
Ok… I am not one to give up so easily. And because of the dissappointment of the Fish Stew from Cameroon I decided to try something else… A Pineapple and Banana salad. Before I knew how many countries there actually were in the world I kept saying that I was going to live 1 year in each country… Until my parents told me that there were over 100 countries to live in! So, unless I miraculously stumble upon the fountain of youth (or find the philosopher’s stone) that will never happen. Alas, another childhood dream down the toilet.
I’ve gone through life living in the complacency of routine and tediousness of adulthood, when my father died I felt like a piece of me died with him and all of my life plans and desires left with him. I just didn’t care about anything. Always feeling that there was an emptiness inside me that will never be filled. Shying away from possible friendships and not really looking to the future. I am a strong believer in Karma, Universal Energy, the Law of Attraction, etc. And, after going through my second leave of absence due to stress at work in 3 years I decided to do something about it. I went through Read more
